​​​​​Parents, carers and community members are welcome to join the Albany Creek State High School ​P&C association.

P&C members have an active say in the development of school policies, procedures and initiatives. Members als​​o have an opportunity to provide feedback to the school administration on a variety of topics relevant to the management of the school.

Everyone is invited to attend P&C meetings, which are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6.30pm in the adminstration conference room.

The P&C AGM will be held Tuesday 12 March 2024 at 6.00pm in the library and will be followed by the P&C general meeting at 6.30pm. At the AGM, all executive positions (president, 2 x vice president, secretary and treasurer) will become vacant and an election process will be held.

If you would like information about executive positions or would like to discuss how you could support our P&C, contact the school office and they will put you in touch with a member of the current executive.

P&C facts

Tuckshop assists us in raising funds at our school. In order to support this program we ask students to spend at the Tuckshop. The profits from our tuckshop are invested back into our classrooms and other projects in order that all current and future students can benefit.

Our P&C have registered for Containers for Change and families can help raise funds for our Environment Club, Chaplaincy and other projects in our school.When you take your containers to an over-the-counter depot, drop-off, RVM or mobile or pop-up site, simply use our sch​​eme ID:  C10200222 to donate your containers to our P&C who then receive the 10 cent refund. Visit Containers for change for drop off sites and a list of containers you can cash in.


Get points for using the house cup recycling bins to assist our P&C with raising funds, i​ncrease recycling in our school and community spirit. Each house will have a bin where students can drop their containers during the school day. Points will then be awarded per collection per bin to each house to go towards the house c​​​​​​up.
