2027 PROGRAMS OF EXCELLENCE FORMS
Due Dates, Trial Dates & Audition Dates
In addition to the Enrolment Pack 2027 and the Program of Excellence application forms, the Program of Excellence Preference Form must also be completed.
Applications can be emailed to enrolments@albanycreekshs.eq.edu.au or can be handed into the administration office.
You must complete the Enrolment Pack 2027 PLUS the Program of Excellence Application Form.
