On Saturday 10 August a team of students participated in the Queensland eSports and Gaming Festival held at the EKKA, competing in Brawlhalla, FIFA and NBA2K. The day was a huge success with our NBA2K team who were runners up in the grand final of the Queensland eSports and Gaming Festival held at the EKKA on Saturday. The final was a tight match which saw our team beaten in the final seconds by a buzzer beater! Each member of the team came home with a new set of headphones, a cap and a ticket to see the Brisbane Bullets play. Both our FIFA and Brawlhalla teams played exceptionally well with the FIFA team making it to the semi-finals. Awesome effort team, you represented the school with pride.
